Jamie Oliver recently received a TED Prize for his work on improving our diets. Today he delivered his plea at TED2010 to teach every child about food, something our society is patently failing to do. I read somewhere recently (and I cannot find the reference at the moment) that this generation of children will be the first to have a shorter life expectancy than their parents. Scary. And yet so easy to fix. Please watch, and if kids are important to you, sign up for his food revolution.
Pukka. As Jamie would have said in the 90's.
